At HEPHA, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your gear in its original box.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
